All JT Guardian & CO, LLC products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Within this period, JT Guardian & CO, LLC will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost and is within the warranty timeline. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alterations or repairs.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JT Guardian & CO, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT.

JT Guardian & CO, LLC retains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.

To exercise your warranty:
1. You must notify JT Guardian & CO, LLC’s warranty department through email at warranty@rvlock.com and fill out a warranty request form which will be emailed back to you.
 
2. Upon approval of warranty coverage, you will receive a warranty confirmation form and number through email. (Do not loose this information)
 
3. Package a copy of your approved warranty form, which is emailed to you and your defective product securely and ship to:
